Survey scores, response-time metrics, and customer quotes describe past business operations or subjective feedback—they are not clinical evidence, typical-result claims, or regulatory approvals. If you arrived via an online ad, the ad creative and this landing page must be read together; the more restrictive interpretation controls.

Intellectual property and feedback

Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to goods acquired for personal household use, its non-excludable guarantees remain. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising in a twelve-month window is capped at the lesser of NZD 500 or the amount you paid for the triggering transaction unless statute forbids caps.

Governing law and forums

New Zealand law governs interpretation. Courts in Auckland have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless you are a consumer entitled to sue in your residence country under mandatory rules.
